We start every programme with the end in mind – what are the results, outcomes that you want to achieve – be that Leadership team alignment, higher levels of trust, more productive working environment, higher levels of employee engagement or increased sales performance. To that end, our model has the following steps in the process.

The 121 coaching provides a powerful debrief of the reports in an empathetic and professional manner as a pace which is appropriate to the audience. Self- awareness and awareness of others are the cornerstone of Emotional Intelligence.
We all have unlimited potential – but often our results don’t reflect that. Our unconscious beliefs cripple our results. Our nature is to invest energy and focus into that which we believe will produce the outcome we seek. Therefore when we believe something is not going to work out, we can sabotage our potential by taking half-hearted action. It is important to understand if our beliefs are limiting our empowering and how useful they are in allowing us achieve our goals. The more empowering beliefs we have about achieving something, the more potential we will tap. With greater potential comes greater action. Greater action yields greater results.
Armed with a clear focus on your goals, higher levels of self-awareness and empowering beliefs – you now need to take action. What are the key activities that bring your closer to achieving your goals. Do you have a fear of the action? What is stopping you from taking action. What do you need to pout in place to make this happen?
How do you show up? What do others feel when you talk to them, write to them etc. Do they feel empowered to take action, do they feel supported? Does it build their self-esteem? We judge ourselves by our intentions, others judge us by our behaviours – are they aligned?
Especially as a leader of people it is essential to ensure your behaviours are positive and inspire trust, creativity and action in your teams.
What happens when results are achieved? Are they recognised, celebrated or appreciated? What learning happens ? Taking time to reflect on the results is key – recognise and appreciate the positive results. If they are not as expected what was the learn, what needs to change? Remember Thomas Edison had over 10,000 failed prototypes before he created the light bulb. Persistance, self-belief, resilience and an ability to adapt and change actions, processes are a key element of releasing your potential.
