At the core of our Programme we focus on creating a climate of Trust, Openness and Engagement, within the Senior Team and the tiers below. High performing teams that consistently deliver have one crucial thing in common they are all built on a solid foundation of trust. At Foresight we recognise that when leaders and team members work in an environment of genuine trust, they are allowed to be human., but unfortunately, the practice of Trust has been taken for granted.
Research suggests that the Emotional Intelligence (EI) of the team is a key determinant of team collaboration and performance. Team EI is a set of behaviours, habits and attitudes (norms) which create the conditions for teams to thrive.
Our approach to the creation of high performance teams ultimately aims to enhance the EI of the team. The success of our work is made possible by the mindset and skillset of our team facilitators.
