Fiona has significant experience in building and developing sales teams to deliver results and growth in market share in a highly competitive fast paced environment.

She passionately believes that as a manager /leader – creating the right environment allows the team to flourish and this approach allows each of us to reach our full potential.

As a Partner in Foresight she can listen and understand the business challenge a client is facing and in partnership with the client develop a solution that meets their people development needs.

Fiona is an experienced sales professional with over 20 years sales and marketing experience, 12 years of which was spent working in the highly competitive telecommunications and internet sectors.

She was Head of Sales at eircom.net. She was responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across all market segments to achieve revenue and profitability budgets in excess of €60m. This included the creation, development and mentoring of the sales teams and ongoing performance management of a team of 60.

She acts as a mentor for Enterprise Ireland and the Invest NI Propel programme. The allows her to assist young export companies reach their full potential and drive growth. She is a passionate supporter of Women in Business.

Pat McCormack

Pat is a resourceful and versatile Trainer and Executive Coach with a successful corporate career having held senior L&D/OD management positions at Intel and Citi.

Pat was involved in the start-up phases of both multinationals in Ireland, where the emphasis was on skills transfer. At Citi he drove significant change in the development function for the corporate bank in EMEA, challenging conventional strategy and investing in learning systems and eLearning. This culminated with the creation of its first Corporate University and a global Learning Management System impacting c.450,000 staff.

He was later invited to join Citi’s internal coaching team as part of the executive development programme based out of New York and provided support to some of Citi’s top talent worldwide. His coaching style has been described by former clients as person focused, discrete, comfortable, insightful and challenging.

Pat has been privileged to work with globally renowned business improvement consultants including Robert H Schaffer and associates and Bill Daniels at ACT productive™ facilitating change initiatives in response to business challenges. Pat has reviewed and purchased many development solutions over the years and truly believes a different approach is needed to achieve the results required of individuals and organisations today.

He has also worked in senior executive search and outplacement consultancy and has assisted a wide range of senior managers in career transition.


Helen enables leaders to understand the contagion of their emotions and mood across their organisation. The impact they have on people and teams around them AND the strong predictive link to performance.

With over 30 years’ experience working at a senior level in both the UK private and public sectors, Helen has had the privilege to experience, work with and learn from some of the very best leaders in the UK.

Working as an Area Director for 12 years with Nationwide Building Society, while they regularly featured in the Times Top 20 UK employers. It was here that she experienced first-hand the power of genuine employee engagement and how a CEO could affect people at a deeply emotional level for the greater good. She brings a genuine passion to her coaching and consultancy for organisations and its people to be the very best they can be. Enabling leaders to appreciate and understand themselves better and the true impact they have on those around them. Helen also holds two non-exec directorships.

Delivering a 5 year people transformation programme as Head of OD and Talent Development for 1100 employees at the world leading United Kingdom Hydrographic Office. Helen developed a new organisation structure underpinned by an improved selection, talent development and career progression strategy. Helen coach-mentored the heads of division and their teams, enabling them to deliver their significant change agendas. During this time Employee Engagement rose from 49% to 70% achieving ‘high performer’ status in the UK Civil Service ‘have your say’ people survey and their first ‘bronze’ Investors in People award.

Helen and her husband split their time between the UK and their home in southern rural Spain. Their belief is that the most precious things in life are often the most simple; good friends, family and of course great red wine…!

Mike Summerfield

Mike has a wealth of experience working with business leaders and their teams in a variety of sectors across the globe. His range of techniques use a hands on approach, to interact with his clients, ensuring they maximise the benefits learned to deliver Exceptional Performance.

For the last 14 years, Mike has been working with business leaders and their teams to help them deliver against required performance, turning strategies into winning results.

Using a range of performance coaching techniques in his sessions (and whatever else works to get the desired result!), he prides himself on a ‘hands on’ approach that results in individuals and teams creating the mindset that gives the will to succeed, thereby leveraging their knowledge, skills and the business processes to deliver Exceptional Performance.

Both in the “classroom” facilitating smaller groups, as well as on the conference stage, Mike has a special talent for making any meeting come alive. He quickly turns individuals who have come to sit and listen into active contributors, ensuring that each individual benefits from the learning and takes away new strategies to apply back in the workplace.

Mike has worked with many clients across the UK, central and Eastern Europe, the USA and the Far East. His clients cover many different sectors, and organisations within those sectors, including Retail, Financial Services, Pharma, Technology including Levi Strauss, Jo Malone, HSBC, Citi, Deloitte, J&J, HP, NHS and 3m.

Prior to setting up his own firm Thought Matters and being part of a network of facilitators, trainers and conference speakers, Mike spent 7 years working for RogenSi, a global performance and communications consultancy. A senior consultant in the firm, he consulted, designed and delivered performance-development solutions, leaning on his previous experience as an Account Director at GE Capital, where he ran a field sales team of 80 people, responsible for the leasing operations of Canon UK’s 2 flagship branches, and prior to that as a Territory Manager for Lombard.


Nick is an effective Learning and Development Specialist with a successful track record in both the private and public sector. He has substantial experience of designing and delivering training solutions which have positively influenced the business performance of clients.

With over 20 years’ experience of consultancy in medium to large sized organisations, Nick has a successful track record in an array of both the public and private sectors, including, RAC, Bosch group, Highways Agency, Wesleyan Assurance, HSBC, Disney, Maritime and Coastguard Agency & Petrofac.

Operating at a strategic level, he has extensive experience in designing and delivering bespoke Management, Leadership, Coaching and Trainer Development Programmes, many of which are qualification based, to positively influence the business performance of clients towards realising their potential. Nick’s experience in Relationship Management has led to clients still being active after 15 years.

A keen runner who spends his weekends competing in, or training for 10ks and half marathons, Nick’s experience ranges from from first line to senior manager. He started up a training consultancy in 2008, which achieved all targets set in the last 6 years. Upon designing the training and development framework, he led the training team through the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, Individual Coaching and the ILM coaching award, resulting in the team achieving their strategic goals and being nominated for an industry training award.

Nick has led public sector projects, which support current austerity measures to implement more local learning and development solutions. He designed and delivered a customer service programme for a client’s contact centre, resulting in a 23% reduction in staff turnover and a top 10 finish for their industry in the Times Contact Centres of the year awards. His design and delivery of a Performance Management & Training Strategy in a client’s HR business, achieved a decrease of 4 days absence per person across the agency, and a significant decrease in grievance and discipline cases.

Along with numerous accreditations and awards, Nick is a member of CIPD (Association for Coaching and the Institute of Leadership and Management), holds a Diploma in Training and Development and a Certificate in Business and Finance Management. Nick is currently a Managing Director with Inspire L&D, and a Director with Training for Excellence.

With over 12 years’ experience ensuring the operational requirements of small to medium enterprises meet the demands of their clients in an efficient and effective manner, Tom recognises the investment that companies make in their employees and in Foresight, to identify and address key issues, and ensure behaviours and attitudes are developed to cultivate a climate where collaboration, trust and productivity flourish.

Tom’s area of expertise lies in Operations, not only in services but also in manufacturing and retail, ensuring processes carried out were done in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner. He has worked on projects with Topaz, RTE and OCD and is involved in collaborations with JCA and Clarity4D. With a love for the outdoors, free time is spent mountain biking or in the sea. He is also in the final year of his MSc in Management of Operations in DCU.
