Our recommended approach is to use a number of diagnostic measurements in the initial phase of the coaching programme, to create a deeper level of Awareness around the patterns of behaviour that the individual is currently running.

The process involves you taking a close look at current reality, and benchmarking yourself against potential. This depth of reflection has the effect of ‘clearing the wood from the trees’, giving you the freedom to think more freely. You will be encouraged to set clear goals, which are value aligned, giving you a clear pathway for future action. This generates a sense of empowerment, control, self-esteem and worth, which form the cornerstones of engagement.

As you would expect from such a holistic exercise, people often report that the value of the programme stretched well beyond their current corporate lives; impacting their lives in a much wider context .The results can be truly transformational. It is rare to get the opportunity to take time out and reassess ourselves, and with the help of the coach, our aim is to unlock that goldmine of potential that lies within the individual.

All subsequent sessions are focused on where the individual needs to develop to build and broaden their leadership fingerprint, whether that is on their team or the rest of the organisation.
