Very engaging programme, we got to the core of the team dynamic very quickly. A greater level of awareness of each other. Built levels of trust in the team. Sale results have increased and our clients have remarked on the difference in our approach.
The Foresight team worked with us to develop an integrated performance management and development programme that reflects the values and behaviours required in our organisation combined with the achievement of our goals. Airfield is a unique place and we needed a customised programme that understood the dynamics of our organisation. We wanted to understand the climate created by the leadership team and to ensure we were facilitating positive employee engagement. The Foresight team partnered with us to advise and implement a system that delivers on our requirements. It allows us to create individual personal development plans for each team member linking back to our values and organisational objectives. It opened our eyes about the importance of self-awareness to ensure we create the environment for the team to reach their full potential.
I thought this workshop was one of the best so far. Fiona’s delivery style was fantastic and I learnt a ton. Not only did I learn a ton from her but for me this was the best workshop for learning from others too and this is down to the way Fiona was able to get the best out of people and get them to talk about their experiences. It was information overload but in a good way.
I found the focus was on inspiring us to go out and sell – and Fiona did a great job of that. I felt invigorated and eager to get on the phones after the session.
The Clarity 4D was really great to help understand your preferences, and then other peoples preferences. I will be able to bring that into the work environment and am confident I will use it regularly.
I found the entire programme enjoyable, educational & challenging. The personality profile and the advise on interacting with different personality types provided plenty of food for thought. I would strongly recommend that programme to any of my colleagues.

I do think that this programme should be given to as many staff members as possible and this will have a major benefit to the organisation in getting staff to interact and work together better in a more efficient and unified way. This will help us to become a healthier organisation help to prevent the silo effect and have a positive benefit with external stakeholders.
I really enjoyed the programme and found it to be very interesting. The programme was delivered very well by the trainers and really got us thinking. It has helped me to gain a better understanding of myself and those around me and how our beliefs, attitudes and behaviour can affect both our work and the workplace itself. I would like to thank all involved in delivering this programme and I look forward to gaining more information on the topics covered in my own time.
